- All our ornaments are (916) Hall marked. We assure our customer with the purity of gold. We deduction of it is value during exchange.
- Customer should have exchange their ornaments within 7days(Thursday only ) with unused and unbreakable condition. Otherwise making
charges will be deducted.
- Customer should have carry original invoice copy during exchange or resell ornaments.
- We are not giving any breakage guarantee of sankha, pola and such life weight ornaments.
- Customer should have pay 70% amount in advance while an order or book ornaments and get delivered within booking period (otherwise gold
rate are exchangeable).
- Order ornaments weight can be increase or decrease 10% and get deliver b/w 1month. Otherwise order or booking will be cancelled.
- 4% amount will be deducted on refund of excess exchange value.
- 8% amount will be charged from total value or resell ornaments.
- Any type of refund is not possible.
